Six-week program designed to improve your overall fitness and technical XC skills. Lessons time are Saturdays, or Sundays at 1:00pm.

all 1.5 hr Nordic lessons start at 9:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm, 3:00pm daily, and additionally at 5:00pm Friday & Saturday.
